Product Description

High Density PIR is a kind of foaming polymer with the characteristics of plastic, rubber and cork, which is produced by high-speed mixing with isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, adding foaming agent, contact agent and flame retardant, and the finished product has a three-dimensional honeycomb structure, consisting of thousands of tiny and uniformly confined cells. It has the features of low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, low water absorption, hydrolysis resistance, non-flammable, precise moulding, etc. It is a new and perfect pipeline support for low-temperature pipelines and equipments.
